The services provided by InMijnBus
On Inmijnbus.nl, you can easily indicate whether you want to receive Spotta's weekly brochure package. InMijnBus also offers the possibility to temporarily interrupt delivery, for example during vacation. If you wish, you can also put together a brochure package yourself. Through Spotta's InMijnBus, everything is arranged at once.

InMijnBus is an initiative by Spotta. Spotta is a national door-to-door communication distribution organization and distributor of the familiar weekly door-to-door brochure package. Spotta is responsible for processing personal data with InMijnBus.
Spotta is a trade name of Netwerk VSP B.V. We are located in Utrecht (Rutherfordweg 102) and are registered in the trade register with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30051041.

Data that we process
With Spotta's InMijnBus initiative, everything has been done to greatly minimize data registration. Only an address and a household's wish to (temporarily) receive Spotta's brochure package at that address is registered and processed in InMijnBus.
Via InMijnBus, you, as a household, indicate whether or not you want to receive Spotta's brochure package (temporarily). An agreement has thus been reached. In order to implement this agreement, it is necessary to process the address details and the wish (temporarily) to receive the brochure package from Spotta. The basis for processing is therefore the execution of the agreement as referred to in article 6 paragraph 1 sub b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We have taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Good protection is offered, among other things, because we have gone as far as possible in minimizing the data that we process: only an address and the choice of a household to (temporarily) receive Spotta's brochure package are processed in InMijnBus.
To prevent abuse, we have built in various invisible protections. For example, only YES or NO can be indicated from the same internet address for one home address unless we are allowed to send a verification code to a 06 number. The same 06 number can then change a preference for that household only for a certain period of time. But even if a home address is changed too often or too soon after a previous change, we ask for verification via a 06 number. We only add these extra thresholds in potentially suspicious situations. We only keep the internet address and any 06 number for a short time to prevent the misuse of InMijnBus. After [30] days, we remove this information from our active systems and can no longer be used. Data is not kept longer than necessary and is processed for the duration of the agreement.
Data subject rights
As a data subject, you can request Spotta at any time to view or correct what wish to (temporarily) receive the Spotta folder package is registered at the address where you live. In that case, we may ask you to prove that you are a resident of the address in question. If you want to make a request, please send a message to privacy@spotta.nl.
As a data subject, you can object at any time. If you exercise your right to object, we understand that you want to terminate the agreement to (temporarily) receive the Spotta brochure package as indicated via InMijnBus. You can cancel at any time and is easy, send a message to support@inmijnbus.nl or indicate your cancellation via InMijnBus.
