What else is the mailbox sticker needed for?
Spotta delivers the brochure package of your choice, including the Expert folder, on InMijnBus, based on your preference. Mailbox stickers remain necessary for door-to-door newspapers and separate Expert advertising flyers that may be delivered to you by another distributor.
Your personal data remains unknown
To receive the brochure package especially for your neighborhood, including the Expert folder, we only remember your address and Yes preference. For this purpose, we do not ask for your name and/or other details. To receive the personally compiled brochure package, which regularly includes the Expert folder, please create an account.

Yes, you can. But for our delivery, we no longer look at the mailbox stickers but at the individual choices of households on InMijnBus. With an addressed delivery model, each household then receives the leaflet package of their choice in the mailbox every week.
The current system (Code VOR) remains in place. InMijnBus is additional because Spotta and its advertisers want to improve our effectiveness and sustainability.
No, that's not possible. Only households can change their own choices.
That's possible. Everyone is free to encourage households to indicate on InMijnBus their choice whether or not to receive a leaflet package from Spotta.
Yes, Spotta will provide this aggregated data at the residence level upon request.
On InMijnBus, households select the leaflet package they want to receive. We register this choice for their address. With a YES, households accept Spotta's offer and an agreement is in place. To execute the agreement, it is necessary to register and process the indicated choice at an address. Spotta therefore has a lawful basis to register households' address and choice in InMijnBus as required by the GDPR.
You need to create an account to assemble your own personal leaflet package, because only then you will be able to make changes to your own personal leaflet package. For example, in case of a new offer. Registering a YES preference at your address is sufficient for the leaflet package compiled for your neighbourhood.

To receive or not receive a leaflet package from Spotta, a YES or NO on InMijnBus.nl is sufficient. Our deliverers deliver based on the YES's on InMijnBus. The letterbox sticker remains necessary for other advertising leaflets and door-to-door newspapers.

Between September 2023 and June 2024, InMijnBus inventoried all households receiving leaflet packages in the Netherlands and informed them in detail about InMijnBus. We communicated that they will continue to receive Spotta's 'standard leaflet package' and that their preference is set to YES on InMijnBus. A NO preference will only be recorded on InMijnBus if a household has opted for it themselves.
We regret that you did not receive Spotta's weekly package. Please send an email to support@inmijnbus.nl to let us know.
InMijnBus is easier than placing a sticker. You don't need an account and you can set your preference to YES or NO within 1 minute. To prevent abuse, we have built in various invisible protections. If a home address is changed too often or too soon after a previous change, verification via a 06 number may be requested or the support center must be contacted. We only add these extra thresholds in potentially suspicious situations. In this way, we prevent someone from setting an entire street to YES or NO.
On InMijnBus, we only remember your choice: YES or NO. You don't have to give a reason for your YES or NO. Our deliverers receive an ever-changing list every week with only the YES addresses where they need to deliver a leaflet package. This is the minimal information required to provide our services. So, just like with mailbox stickers, our deliverers do not know why an address was set to YES or NO and whether it was done forever or temporarily.

Residents of an address remain unknown to InMijnBus. We do this for privacy reasons. On InMijnBus.nl we only register your address and which leaflet package of Spotta your household would like to receive. This is necessary to fulfil your wish to receive a leaflet package from Spotta.
Via InMijnBus, you indicate whether your household wants to receive a leaflet package from Spotta. We register this for your address. By doing so, you make it clear that you accept the offer of Spotta and an agreement exists. To execute this agreement - receiving a leaflet package from Spotta - it is necessary to register and process the preference you have expressed at an address. InMijnBus only processes an address and whether or not your household wants to receive a leaflet package from Spotta. InMijnBus never processes names and therefore does not know who you are.
This package includes leaflets, flyers and magazines from supermarkets, drugstores and hardware stores, among others.
Spotta is the national deliverer of more than 50% of all printed matter delivered via letterbox in the Netherlands. Spotta delivers door-to-door newspapers, the leaflet package composed for neighbourhoods, the self-composed leaflet package, loose letterbox advertising and they provide folder displays in shopping areas. After choosing a 'het folderpakket zelf samenstellen' on InMijnBus.nl, you will be directed to the Folderkiezer.nl website where you can choose which leaflets you want to receive. Part of that process is creating an account with your name and e-mail address in addition to your address. We want to be able to inform you about our offerings. So on InMijnBus.nl we only register your address and your preference for a self-composed leaflet package and on Folderkiezer.nl we register your account with your address, name, e-mail address and selected folders.
